Electrolytic capacitor is a kind of capacitor, the metal foil is the positive pole (aluminum or tantalum), the oxide film (aluminum oxide or tantalum pentoxide) which is close to the positive pole is the dielectric, the cathode is composed of conductive material, electrolyte (electrolyte can be liquid or solid) and other materials together, because the electrolyte is the main part of the cathode, so the electrolytic capacitor gets its name. At the same time, the positive and negative of electrolytic capacitor cannot be connected wrongly. So what is the difference between high frequency electrolytic capacitor and common capacitor?

    1、Low frequency capacitor, capacitance capacity is large and prone to leakage, while high frequency electrolytic capacitor will not.
    2、Low frequency capacitor has larger internal resistance than high frequency electrolytic capacitor.
    3、The capacity of high-frequency capacitor can't be as big as low-frequency capacitor in general.
    4、High frequency capacitor is suitable for higher frequency circuit, while low frequency capacitor is suitable for lower frequency circuit.
